CCC Holdco, LLC (“Holdings”) and Cornerstone Chemical Company, LLC (the “Company”) are privately held and do not make financial information available to the public. However, (i) holders of the Company’s 6.75% Senior Notes due 2024, 10.25% Senior Secured Notes due 2027 and 15.00% Senior Secured Notes due 2028 (collectively, the “Notes”); (ii) certain prospective investors in the Notes; (iii) security analysts who cover, or intend to cover, Holdings, the Company or the Notes; and (iv) market makers who regularly make, or intend to make, a market in the Notes may request access to the secured area on which Holdings and the Company provide annual and quarterly reports and certain other information relating to their business.
Individuals who are requesting access to the secured area must download and complete the linked Certification Form, and e-mail a copy thereof, to the investor relations e-mail at InvestorRelations@cornerstonechemco.com. Approved eligible persons who submit a completed certification will receive an e-mail with instructions for accessing the secured area at the Investors Secured Site.
