Amy is Cornerstone’s Vice President of Human Resources. A native of Vacherie, LA , she has been with the company since 2013, initially working as a training and development manager. She began her industry career focused on process safety management, followed by five years in human resources and training at Mosaic Fertilizer.
Amy has extensive experience in senior-level leadership, especially in the areas of strategic business planning, change management, performance development, organizational effectiveness,culture transformation, compensation, and labor relations. Leadership coaching is one of her professional passions, and she has been a certified Hogan Assessment Coach for 10 years.
Amy has a Master of Science degree in Human Resources and Leadership Development from Louisiana State University and a professional certification from Cornell in Strategic HR Leadership. Away from work, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the beaches of the Florida panhandle, attending concerts, and chasing after her three rescue dogs.
