The article highlights the efforts we’ve made to create a comprehensive wellness program that supports our employees’ mental and physical health, helping them achieve their personal wellness goals and improving overall job satisfaction and productivity.
At Cornerstone, we understand that investing in employee wellness not only benefits individuals but also strengthens our organization as a whole. Through our wellness program, we focus on awareness, prevention, and education to help our employees take proactive steps toward better health. From biometric screenings and health challenges to seminars on nutrition and disease prevention, we provide the tools and resources to make wellness an achievable and rewarding goal.
Through the Wellworks Wellness Portal, our employees can track their health progress and earn rewards. By participating in health-promoting activities — such as physical exams, flu shots, charity events, and fitness challenges — employees accumulate points throughout the year. These points can be redeemed for rewards, including gift cards, making wellness fun and motivating.

To help our employees maintain their health, we offer a range of on-site wellness resources. Our Wellness Center, open 24/7, is equipped with state-of-the-art exercise equipment and is a favorite among employees participating in our friendly competitions, such as the Weight Loss Challenge. We also provide convenient access to fresh, healthy meals through our Fresh Market stores, which offer nutritious options like salads, sandwiches, and fresh fruit.
At Cornerstone, our wellness initiatives extend beyond the workplace. We partner with community organizations to offer ergonomic programs, wellness seminars, and health screenings. From stretching classes and self-defense workshops to walking clubs and CPR training, we strive to create a culture where health and well-being are a daily priority. These efforts not only improve the lives of our employees but also contribute to the long-term sustainability and success of our company.
