Cornerstone partners with LSU Athletics and Osprey Initiative for recycling

Cornerstone partnered with LSU Athletics and Osprey Initiative to support the recycling of 21,538 items, equal to 1,370.83 pounds, from in and around Tiger Stadium during the Florida vs. LSU football game. Cornerstone was a sponsor of the campus and stadium-wide recycling efforts. Game day recyclables were transported to the Baton Rouge Coca-Cola facility to be recycled back into reusable bottles. Below is a breakdown of recycling collection totals:

• 15,920 aluminum cans, equal to 715.75 pounds
• 4,930 plastic bottles, equal to 212.33 pounds
• 688 glass bottles, equal to 442.75 pounds
• Total of 21,538 items, equal to 1,370.83 pounds and 644.4 cubic feet of recyclables
